Action #92
Using “Action #92” as our guide, Encanto’s focus is to partner with First Nations people, their lands and resources in business and reconciliation. Encanto is committed to fulfilling its obligations as provided for in the Joint Venture Agreement with the Muskowekan and to work towards developing Canada’s first potash mine on a First Nations Reserve.
What is Action #92?
Action #92 calls upon the Canadian corporate sector to adopt the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as a reconciliation framework. And to apply these principles, norms, and standards to corporate policy and core operational activities involving Indigenous peoples and their lands and resources.
Experienced Management & Directors

Glen Macdonald
Glen Macdonald is a geological and management consultant with over four decades of experience in mineral exploration, project development, and corporate leadership. He holds a BA (1971) and a BSc in Geology (1973) from the University of British Columbia.
Glen has led and managed exploration programs across a range of commodities and jurisdictions, including hands-on experience in production mining environments. He previously served as a Regional Exploration Manager for a major mining company, where he was responsible for overseeing exploration strategy, budgeting, and project execution.
In addition to his technical background, Glen brings extensive public company experience, having served as both a director and officer of multiple junior resource companies, including several that successfully advanced to listings on the TSX. He has strong governance expertise, including audit committee service, and is financially literate with a solid understanding of capital markets.

Aref Kanafani
Aref has acted as the Senior Principal Advisor to the Al-Wazzan Group of Companies in Kuwait. His career has been concentrated on strategic acquisitions and investments in petrochemical, infrastructure construction and natural resource projects.
He is a resident of Montreal and a graduate of McGill University, and received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University, England.

Reginald Bellerose
Chief Bellerose is the former Chief of the Muskowekan First Nation (17 years). He is committed to economic development, self-source revenue and focusing on partnerships and the Joint Venture between Encanto and Muskowekan.
He brings a wealth of experience and proven success to Encanto as a First Nations liaison to navigate a diverse and complex political and economic reality from a perspective that was forged over 17 years of serving First Nations people.
Chief Bellerose holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts in history and Political Science from Concordia University.

Robert Dzisiak
Robert is an experienced executive who has successfully grown small start-ups and managed large organizations. His past experience includes being the CEO of several IIROC member firms and founder of CFG Futures.
As part of his duties, Robert managed 120 retail brokers as well as the FX division at Refco Canada and RJ O’Brien & Associates. He worked in strategic planning and marketing for United Grain Growers and was the Canadian V.P. of the U.S. grain company, Benson-Quinn. Ronert is a former Chairman of the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange and served as a director of the Exchange and Clearing House for over 10 years.
Robert has significant public market experience and has served in the roles of CEO / Chairman / Director of multiple publicly listed companies in Canada. Robert is currently the CEO of King Global Ventures Inc. and Encanto Potash Corp. He also serves as a director of Hapbee Technologies, Planet Based Foods Inc. and Canada Energy Partners. Rob was also the past Chairman of Next Green Wave (NGW-C).
